Who It Is For
- You hold the relevant stream of the subclass 188 visa
- Business Innovation stream: hold a 188 (Business Innovation or Extension stream), a subclass 444 visa, or certain subclass 457 visas, and show ongoing business involvement
- Investor and Significant Investor streams: have held the required investment for the required period
- Premium Investor stream: held a 188 Premium Investor visa for at least 12 months and kept a AUD15 million complying premium investment
- Entrepreneur stream: held a 188 Entrepreneur visa for 3 years (4 if invited before 1 July 2021), lived in Australia 2 years and show entrepreneurial record
