Eligibility Criteria:

• Hold an eligible regional provisional 491 or 494 visa when applying for Subclass 191
• Minimum 3 years of regional residence with taxable income meeting a specific threshold
• Compliance with conditions of the qualified visa held or previously held

Duration of Stay:

• Permanent residency with indefinite stay
• Permanent residence commences on the day of visa grant for citizenship

Travel:

• Visa includes a travel component valid for 5 years from the grant date

Family Inclusion:

• Family members with eligible visas can be added to the application
• Must be included at the time of application lodgment
• Family members, even if not migrating to Australia, must meet health and character requirements

Cost:

• Base charge for the main applicant; specific amounts to be announced near the commencement date
• Additional charges for other family applicants
• Second Installment (for family members 18 years or above with less than Functional English) announced near commencement date
• Additional costs include health checks, police certificates, and biometrics

• Must be inside Australia during application and visa grant
